Advisory is primarily in the risk space, with a focus on credit risk, but also considers the best governance and culture to support sustainable safe growth. We focus on what really matters, rejecting overly bureaucratic approaches, and think about alternative complimentary solutions that suit the purpose, size, and scale of the company we are working with.
Divya is also available to join Investment Committees as an external member, and is willing to take on selected Non-Executive Director roles.
