Divya is a commercial and experienced leader, former Chief Risk Officer (SMF4) and executive board member. With over 20 years of experience in the financial services, her recent CRO roles came with a specific mandate to improve risk management, governance, and culture, working closely with the Board, its Risk Committee, and shareholders.
She now works with scaling companies and their investors to develop the right governance, culture, frameworks, and policies and procedures, to ensure their resilience and help them grow sustainably.
